Congratulations to Katelyn and Brandon, first-time homebuyers who found their dream home on the very first showing! 🎉🏡 In the case with this house, we did hit a snag with a low appraisal, which is happening lately due to recent changes in the market and pricing. Unfortunately, the sellers didn’t want to reduce their price, so Sasha received permission from her Broker to allow a reduction in her Buyers Agency commission so that her clients could continue on with their purchase.
We mention this because it seems buyers recently have been afraid to sign a buyers agency agreement because they’re worried they will owe money in the end. #TheClosers pride ourselves in saying that our buyers will never miss out on their dream house because of a commission being reduced by a seller! Our Buyers Agency Contract may show 3%, but when it comes down to it, we will always work hard to have that paid by the seller OR we will make it work on our end. Everything in the process of buying a home is negotiable!
