𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 t𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤!🏠 We are beyond grateful to have been part of such a seamless closing. It wasn’t without its challenges though…

1️⃣ We had to survey off a smaller lot size for what we were selling to bring the sellers more value.

2️⃣ We had a crazy overloaded Open House that brought us multiple great offers, but choosing was tough.

3️⃣ Ultimately, our first offer backed out, but we had a backup ready in 2nd place for over the asking price!

In the end, we closed on time and all parties were thrilled. A huge thank you for the kind words from our sellers:
