Congrats to our first-time buyers! Happiest of closing days to my excited first-time homebuyers, Skyler and Bryce! Almost every obstacle was thrown at them – they handled with grace and patience (inspections items, predications and even MORE predications). I am over the moon for them and can’t wait to see what updates they do to make this house their HOME! 🏡
